It‘s one of the biggest sporting events in the world this weekend and I don’t mean the Merseyside Derby where my money is on Everton to win the game 2-1.
It’s the start of the Ryder Cup which is hosted at Gleneagles Scotland. Europe won the last tournament in Medinah in 2012 and are odds on favourites to win the competition. Paul McGinley is the first Irishman to captain the European team and he has been on the winning team on the three occasions he has played in the competition. The European team is looking very strong and they will be tough to beat when the singles start on the final day.
We fancy Martin Kraymer to be the top European Scorer at 12/1 and are backing USA to win the first day at 3/2 and Europe to win overall 15-13 at 10/1.
