Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”) has announced that it was selected to provide mutual fund servicing for the BPV Family of Funds, a family of mutual funds advised by Knoxville-based BPV Capital Management, LLC (“BPV”), a firm with more than $180 million in assets under management. The partnership points to the increasing importance of operations amid growing competition, evolving regulatory requirements, and changing investor expectations. This is the latest in a series of wins for Ultimus as the firm continues to establish itself as a leader in mutual fund operations.
Ultimus will provide the BPV Family of Funds with a broad range of mutual fund services including fund administration and accounting, financial reporting, transfer agent services, and distribution strategy and support. Ultimus was selected in a competitive bid process, as BPV sought a new operational partner to help drive its mutual fund growth strategy. Key factors in the decision process included Ultimus’ deep operational expertise, proactive service model and commitment to transparency.
